Yay the story is very exciting un finally there is a a unicorn in the story too. Hehe, mirror sweetheart, add horn, change the hip mark to dancing shoe replacing the large heart, and 3 stars in the same place as the 3 small little hearts. same colors too. |

Patch sat with her eyes closed sadly, Brightglow sat beside and behind her one houf on Patch, the immages of horses being slaughtered still in Patches mind. Her stomach turned at the thought, and she wished she had never found that channel. "I know... they are just... animals... here. Whats that mean for us through? For the twins?"
Brightglow shook her head "I don't know. Once we find them through, we can bring them back with us. Away from these humans."
"Killing foals... They kill babies..." Patch shivered once a mix of rage, sickness, and confusion.
"Not just babies, I've been reading, they kill each other too, they are consantly fighting each other, alone, or in groups, around the world right now, every day, thousands of them are being injured, or killed, in fighting." Brighteyes walked in sitting beside Patch as she spoke, "Even if we look like them, it doesn't garontee our safty here, we need to be extra careful.
Patch looked up at Brightglow then nodded "I'll go back to the tv then, see what else I can find out."
Brighteyes yawned stretching "I'm going to take a nap, I've been on the computer for hours, there is so much information, it's hard to figure out who or why anyone would want the twins."
Brightglow looked out the winder at Lancer, standing quietly on deck, wind blowing his mane back, eyes closed in the brease from the sea. He listened to the sounds of the harbor, to people arguing and partying, to the sounds of the boats, and to the sounds of cars on the road. Brighteyes looked up and saw him too.
"How long as he been out there?"
"About 3 hours now, ever since Patch found the animal channel." Brightglow told Brighteyes.
Lancer stood still, as martain called up "Lance, I found a replacement alternater, it should be here tomorrow morning."
"Thank you martain." Lance said not moving.
"Did you need any groceries?" Martain looked up.
Lancer looked down and sighed, grabbing a jangle he tossed it down "Just fresh fruit and vegitables, we have alot of canned goods still."

Bon Bon cheefully helped in the kitchen, prepairing food with Stardancer's mom, while the rest of the group sat in the livingroom talking, "Oh give me a sec to caramalize the apple slices a bit, then we can add the meadowcream."
"Your a great cook Bon Bon, planning on being a chef for the castle when you grow up?" Stardancers mare was cream colored with Red mane and tail, her flank mark, a candy apple, "I do alot of the cooking for town."
"Actually I've always wanted to be a model." Bon Bon said blushing a bit as she looks down.
"Model, whats that?"
"Someone who wears fancy clothing showing off different fassions so others can see how they look." Bon Bon worked with her knife like a professional, slicing the patato's into small strips, and put them into the pot to be washed.
"Your marks a food style through, you were born to cook. You can't go against your birthright." She said calmly.
Bon Bon blinked "I'll still cook for fun and friends, but its not a job."
Sweetheart sat with Stardancer, Teddy keeping an eye on both of them protectivly. Happyglow nodded to Stardancers father "So theres a library in town, we will look there first, the problem is were looking for ancient records."
He nodded "There are some older books there, you've come a long way just to find some books, are you from the islands?"
Starglow nodded "Grew up on the island with Happyglow and others, but the information is important."
Stardancer looked between the two and then to sweetheart "If you can't find the stuff there, I can take you to unicornia, I know the way and always wanted to visit there."
"Stardancer, thats to long a trip for someone as young as you." Her father said sternaly.
"I'm about the same age as she is, and having her along would be extra special." Sweetheart said noding.
Looking down at Sweetheart he sighed "I know but she's been trying to go against her birthright, she needs to practice her dancing more."
Happyglow blinked a bit "Birthrights?"
Nodding her father looked down and ruffled Stardancers mane, "Its the laws, we are born to a job and we do it, going against it, is like going against nature."
Ace looked at Teddy "Guess that would make you a barber."
Teddy thumped Ace in return and glaired at him.
"Barber? Whats that?"

I agre whit Stardancer, Bon Bon borned to be a cook just she is subborn and I'm sure she'll end in the kichen afther she'll try the model life.

As well, theres a bit of a "caste system" view going on... where your born to a roll and expected to do it. |

An implied system, where your born to one job and thats what your expected to do. Which can take the passion and love out of something. Cooking beacuse you like to do it, and like to make others happy is one thing. Cooking because people expect you to, and tell you, your not allowed to do anything but... is different. |

Well in the non tales versions of ponies, the ponies tend to be 1 dimentional, with their flank marks aways fitting their personality and job. Where as tales, the flank marks only refer to their names, and sometimes not even then. Teddy being comb... in G1 and g3 he would be a hair styalest or barber... Neither of which is even close to teddy's personality. Lancers Flur de France, would have him as a knight or warrior type. |

Lancers Flur de France, would have him as a knight or warrior type. So that's what that golden fork is! I think Tales is so much better, forcing you to grow up with a mark that you might not even like XD However I think the Tales marks for the adult ponies fit kinda well. |

Yellow lilly or flower of france. Its the Emblem of the French knights, and the quebec flag. Its a very common Military symble of "lancers" Mounted calverly of france. Though meny other military units have used it even today. A blue Fleur-de-france is used as the emblem of scouts internatal. |

I have learned so much from you! ^^ Yep, most commonly reconized as quebec flag, or french emblem, yellow for france, white for quebec... So when the coastguard saw the fleu de france on "The Lancer" they assumed it was either french or quebec flaged. |

Yeh, Its also on my birth certificiate... I'm actually from quebec. Hence why i reconized lancers mark right away. |
