Everyone, this fandom needs some more activity. Having a conversation is the first thing we need, so let's talk about something.

It doesn't matter if you are guests; I'm a guest too! We've all been sitting around for years, letting this wonderful show's last fans die out.
This is the one thing I've been personally waiting to do for months, since I got into the show (I'm a new fan) and tore through every fanfic, every piece of art.
Our friends here before us wouldn't want this place to die out, so let's take the first step and get up!

I'm still here, in case you thought I'd left.
In case you need a reminder as to what you're fighting for, MLPTfan's high-quality videos are on Dailymotion. Watch a few of your favorite episodes and saddle up, because I just might share a bit of my writing with you.
I won't be leaving the lurking sidelines for a while, I've been here for about seven months, but we need to act now, while there's still some activity for Tales. We had a bunch of people online at once on December 10th (57!) and many guests have been here in the past 24 hours.
We've also had the whole hub of activity going on at Derpibooru, the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic image board, a thread or two on some forum sites, and even some other activity, like Hasbro taking the high-quality videos of Tales off of YouTube and at least one G4-d Dazzle appearing at the local Wal-Mart.
I stick to what I said a few days ago, and still hold it in my heart that we should band together and do this. I don't wish to be repetitive in my posts, but I truly feel that this is right!

Hi dear guest It's good to see there are still fans lurking around here expect me and starswirl. Well I know how you feeling It's terrible to arrive into a fandom which is dieing. I mean I descovered the MLP and the MLP Tales in 2007 and I joined in it in 2008 wile the MLP Tales RPG forums I found died out in 2005-2006.
The only reason I wasn't around mutch this year is that I vas very buisy. I hope you'll be around later too so we can chat more about the MLP Tales.

Oh; Starswirl is still online? There's even more activity than I thought here!
The first time I really watched Tales was July Fourth... Shop Talk. I was somewhat lucky, as the character tags were on FanFiction.net, and I could read (and now write) Tales that wasn't explored in the show.
I haven't found any Tales RPGs. If you have a link handy, I'll read anything and everything.
I'll wait eagerly! I'm not giving up anytime soon.

My plesure. ;D Here it is one of them: fallsapart.proboards.com/...that's odd... the forum sems still died out but also it's updated to the recent Proboards V5. versoin which means baybe it is't 100%-ly died out. I mean I'm in a nother non MLP community where they use the Recent Proboards V5 forum version and I can tell this forum hadn't updated and still is the Proboards V4. version and the MLP Tales RPG forum has updated to the newest version. anyway here is the nother one and that hadn't updated either: mylittlepony.proboards.com/

Proboards is probably automated in its updates; there are so many forums that it would be difficult if not impossible to go through all of them manually.
How did I miss those massive RPG boards?! I've combed a lot of the internet in search for Tales fanfiction, art, communities, websites... I would have noticed a large concentration, I'm sure of it. l8,
100% completely died out? No, I wouldn't say that's the state of affairs. In addition to this conversation, there are reviews of the episodes on one good thread, story and art views, offline activity, comments on DeviantArt, MLPTfan's episodes pretty much being back online a mere three days after Hasbro took them down, and even a few YouTube custom videos published in the past year. One of the forums you showed me actually had 45 guests online recently (the beginning of 2013 is relevant in Tales fandom).
All that Tales really needs is more members in its fandom, and perhaps being a bit more united as one, I think. Having long, juicy fanfics published by one person and some people flocking to and enjoying them would be a start, but not the one we need.

Ah, yes, the LiveJournal community. I love the stories there; after all, I consume any and all Tales fanworks!
Yes. I noticed that thread. It really is such a shame that this little fandom can't stick to a site as a hub of all activity. That would make things unbelievably easier.

I'm terrible sorry I haven't been around lately and I haven't made any replys lately but I've been very buisy and a bit unmotivated. I hope you are still lurking around Notes.

Of course I'm hanging around, brightglow, and I assure you that I check eagerly for replies from you and others each and every single day.
I understand the being busy. It's not a huge problem for me, except for when I get distracted by my own fanstuff on Tales.
Unmotivated? Well, of course the fandom is slow as always, but other than that, just logging on the proboards is enough to motivate me.
And don't worry about me. I've hung around for several months with no activity, am probably one of the last ones in my demographic to like Tales, and am alone in my huge fan-works.
I have to say that I'm sorry that you're unmotivated and feel like you have to apologize. Rest assured I'm still here. 8)

I just noticed. As of a few hours ago, before the version of ProBoards changed, there had been 84 guests online in the past 24 hours.
I address the entire fandom when I say that this is great! Even if you aren't up for posting at the moment, my guest friends, just your presence is enough to make me happy. "You guys are great!" if you want a quote from a certain adventurer pony in Up, Up and Away.
A secret of mine is that I love reading people's huge walls of text analyzing a show about colorful ponies. I'm so happy that I just might type something like that up and put it on the Schoolhouse. I sure feel like it.

Glad to know people read this. Whether or not I post it, I have the wall of text in the works. 'Tis almost Valentine's Day, guys. Look alive.

Ok I'm here. You know when the My little pony Friendship is Magic came out and the fans stated to coming into the My little pony fandom I hoped there will be more new fans who would be intrested in/for the elder My little pony series just like I do but unfortunetly that's not whathappened as we know and see now. That's also true for the tumblr blogs too. There are many My little pony themed tumblrs online but it's hard to find G3 or even G1 rated ones not to mention that how rare is that they are active and that's true for the My little pony Tales too. I could only find this Ask Sweetheart tumblr... askmlpsweet.tumblr.com/...but it doesn't seems to working mutch either. By the way guess Who is young Twilight Sparkle's teacher in the Calvin and Hobbes adaption tumblr I found? Little help: Celestia is the headmistress.
