I don't think that spikes in activity happen too quickly - most of the activity round here has been my posting as a result of realizing that I needed to revive this fandom once again - just like how Notes did last year.

I think most aren't motivated because of the lack of response. It's always nicer to get a reply to a thread or post you've made.

You're probably right - Tales Mania was only really active for the first few months, until about September last year, when it began to dwindle into the barren wasteland it is now.

However, it seems that THIS forum is returning to its original state - five users (Starswirl, Bobdude, Lancewing, Yoshi and I) have been online in the past 24 hours, which is a huge improvement from the desolate wasteland that this forum was last week.

Maybe I ought to go over to the Tales Mania forum, reactivate my old account there (only made three posts on there, I believe) and see if I can resurrect it from its deathbed. It's at least worth a shot.

Might not even be worth it if you only have 3 posts there. Plus do we really need two Tales forums?
