Ooh, you! I was going to do an analysis type thing with my top ten favorite episodes... Ah well, I suppose. I'll give my general thoughts on the ratings here, without reasoning (which will come later). And I'll do it out of ten stars, because I couldn't group them all in just five stars.
Slumber Party (7 stars)
Too Sick to Notice (8 stars)
Battle of the Bands (10 stars)
And the Winner Is...(8 stars)
Stand By Me (10 stars)
The Tea Party (7 stars)
The Masquerade (Over 9,000 stars)
Out of Luck (10 stars) (I'm deliberately saving this one; haven't watched it since June of last year) The Play's the Thing (10 stars)
Shop Talk (1 star)
The Impractical Joker (9 stars)
The Great Lemonade Stand Wars (8 stars)
Blue Ribbon Blues (3 stars)
Roll Around the Clock (7 stars)
Princess Problems (Over 9,000 stars)
An Apple for Starlight (10 stars)
Up, Up and Away (10 stars)
Sister of the Bride (8 stars)
Birds of a Feather (9 stars)
Send in the Clown (10 stars)
Happy Birthday Sweetheart (1 star)
Gribet (10 stars)
Bon Bon's Diary (10 stars)
Just For Kicks (2 stars) Ponies in Paradise (9 stars)
Who's Responsible (9 stars)

If anyone else is still here, here are my opinions one year later: The Slumber Party: The first half is average at best, but once the story starts on Squire, the episode becomes awesome. inconsistent in tone, but a fun watch. Too Sick to Notice: An episode with humble ambitions, it wants to showcase Bon Bon, and do little else. they succeeded in that regard, and very well at that. Battle of the Bands: A good example of what Tales can do when it puts its all into something. Awesome episode. 4th favorite in series. And the Winner Is...: How to do a ticket episode correctly (unlike the Ticket Master). The background score is awesome, mainly the reason it reaches the top 10 (despite it being not as good as I remember it). Stand By Me: The only Sweetheart/Teddy episode that actually works. it understands the dynamic between Teddy and Sweetheart, and does not let Teddy get away with a ton of stuff and then have Sweetheart sing praise about him, something that the other episodes featuring the two seem to lack severely. The Tea Party: Standard episode in many regards, although personally, I prefer the infant Barrington/Berrytown to be named as 'Cherry'. The Masquerade: A great episode, although I honestly don't like it as much as the majority of the fandom seem to. The Play's the Thing: An average episode with some shining moments ('cause that's the magic of theatre!) Out of Luck: A good Clover episode, and nothing more, really. Shop Talk: A terribly cringeworthy episode, featuring flanderization, a terrible moral, and some very cringeworthy stuff. The Impractical Joker: A great episode which some great Patch material. the Great Lemonade Stand Wars: Bon Bon's bad luck and virtually everything else about this episode is amazing. 2nd favorite in show. Blue Ribbon Blues: Features Teddy behaving horribly (much worse than usual) and an out of character Sweetheart (along with some horrible implications). Vying for worst episode. Roll Around the Clock: A great episode with some great and much-needed screen time for both Bright Eyes and Lancer (who seems to be reduced to extras a lot of the time, if you think about it. Bright Eyes is usually in an episode to provide the intellectual voice of reason and to just be intelligent, while Lancer is only in five episodes). Princess Problems: This episode is great, but i still don't like it as much as the fandom seems to. I need to re watch this episode anyway. An Apple for Starlight: Despite the episode seeming to be indecisive about whether or not to be a Starlight episode or a 'school is useful' story, it was a blast to watch, and is better than I remembered it. Up, Up and Away: An amazing episode (no surprise there). Sister of the Bride: This episode is flawed in several aspects, but it is HILARIOUS. I need to re watch it, though. Birds of a Feather: A very good episode. Another episode that falls into the 'better than I remembered it' category. Send in the Clown: A truly great achievement in writing. 5th favorite in show. Happy Birthday Sweetheart: A rehash of Stand By Me with Sweetheart and Lancer interactions and a failure to understand how Teddy works and how Sweetheart and his interactions and friendship/relationship work. Teddy also gets away with too much, and is praised by Sweetheart as a perfect saint, despite being incredibly terrible in this episode. A very mediocre episode. Gribet: Similar to 'The Play's the Thing' and is the closest we've got to a solo Sweetheart episode (does she really need Teddy to be able to carry an episode? Probably not). Bon Bon's Diary: A great episode in many ways. Just For Kicks: A guilty pleasure, with several serious flaws but with an awesome song, tons of Starlight/Ace and Melody/Ace ship fuel and some precious character development for Starlight, an otherwise severely ignored character in the show. Ponies In Paradise: An admirable achievement. Possibly my favorite episode. Who's Responsible: Really funny, with strong characters and conflict. MUCH better than I remember it. please keep in mind that I wrote this in the evening, so any mistakes or unexplained things are due to exhaustion.

To be honest, none of the episodes would be high on the list.
