Out of curiosity, I was looking at the my little pony voice actors and actresses for G3, and G2. All the G3 voices as well as almost all of the G2 ponies Did voices for the Ranma 1/2 dub. Infact several of the G3 pony actors took over from G2 pony actors when they moved off the Ranma Project.
More and more I'm curious what a my little pony "anime" would look like.

I noticed that too, but only knew of Ace's voice actor doing Mousse and Patch's doing girl-Ranma. Are there others? I've never researched it myself, just noticed while watching Ranma.
So, you're referring to Tales as G2? That seems to be the accepted format these days, and I really don't care for it. G2s were a massive FAIL as ponies, and I don't like when Tales is associated with them. Tales came out long before the G2 ponies and they made the Tales ponies in G1 form (because it was still during the G1 era when the Tales TV series came out). ANYWAY, this is just my opinion and I'm not trying to attack you. I've just never voiced my opinion on this and can't resist any longer! lol! Am I the only one who thinks this way?

Am I the only one who thinks this way? ok, patch, sweetheart, daisy, melodey, clover, ace, and <misc male adult ponies all played by richard cox> all did ranma 1/2... actually sweethear started as ranma-chan, before patch took it over... and they were careful NOT to put melodey into a female that had to sing. G3- Pinky Pie! sweetiebell, sweetberry, <patch actually did g3 voices too>, spike. Hehe, melodey also did g3 voices <i wonder if they let her sing> |

The only known name is Maggie Blue being the voice of Sweetheart (got a PM from her mom  ). It is hard to find any people that worked on MLPT for interviews  |

Kat used to have a list of all the voice actors (she did massive research on them back in the day), but the ones in the link kitsy posted look right. From what I can remember anyway.  I do know that Tony Sampson (voice of Teddy) and Shane Meier (voice of Lancer) were both in a Jonathon Taylor Thomas movie together ("Man of the House")! They had very small parts, but it was still cool to see what they looked like. They played a pair of bullies that ended up stuffing JTT into his locker. XD |

voice tallents Brigitta dau Laura harris Willow Johnson Lalainia Lindbjerg Shane meier Maggie o'hara Kate Robbins Tony Sampson Kelly Sheridan Brad Swaile Venus Terzo Chiara Zanni Thats off the ending credits to the show itself. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMh7OMz0nag 22 seconds in. it matches pretty much with the IMBD listening, but imbd includes richard ian cox who did the coach, and chief... It possable thats a missprint, or simply that he was not included in the voice cast list because his characters didnt appear in the episodes covered by that show. |
