Hi, name's Kat, 27 year old who's been obsessed with Tales since it first aired back in the early 90s! I used to wake up at 630 in the morning to sneak downstairs and watch it, because I figured at my age (I think I was 12 or 13) I figured it was a wee bit too childish for me to be watching. What a stupid concept now that I think back on it. ;) My main obsession on the show is Ace. He's been my main muse living in my head for about 15 years now. I write a lot of fic about him, which is posted on my fic journal at Livejournal. I believe the address should be katzengefluster.livejournal.comAnyway, that's all. I'm always on the look out for new Tales friends, hence why I came here! :)

Nice to meet you! Same problem here when I was 12-13. The show was so d**n good, and it still is. Imagine being a guy having to sneak to the telly in the morning without getting caught! Such an addiction it was. And here I am, years later, still being as anonymous as someone can be! ^^

Yeah, it definitely would have been twice as hard for you! Nice to see you persevered though and still love it all these years later! It brings hope for more guys in the world.

Well, it was aired during the Christmas break in 1994 here in Sweden. When the school started, all the cool boys (real life Ace guys) were so silent until "someone" accidentally brought it up, then everyone was laughing and talked about the show like it was the best ever. Such memories! ^^

Aww really? I can't believe guys actually admitted to liking it! That's pretty crazy. Good, but crazy. And speaking of Sweden, I need to ask you a few things, since I've decided that my Ace is actually originally from Sweden. I've been looking for a Swedish person for ages to harass about certain things over there!

Sure I can tell everything about Sweden! ^^ Oh, and this guy in my class, such an "Ace" character in real life, best at sports, best in class among the guys. When he started to talk about MLPT, it was okay to talk about it. I think most people got into the "Just for Kicks" story the most. I don't remember much about the topic, but I think and I still like Clover the most because of her emotions. It was something different to see her cry and stuff... Since this was before any soap operas became popular in Sweden, and it was about girls which was so different. ^^

I've always wondered what the series was like in different languages. I couldn't stand Clover at first, to be honest, but it was because her voice actor really annoyed me. Her nasal voice just grated on my nerves, I didn't like listening to her. She must not have been that bad in the Swedish version though! I still can't picture a class full of guys talking about it! That just wouldn't happen here. Guys have their cartoons, and they just would never get into a girl's cartoon. It's very amusing to me.

In Swedish, it is just one woman doing all the voices for the girls, LOL. I like Clover's English voice a lot. I like to direct my attention to "special" things, and she has a special voice. Wanna see a Swedish episode of My Little Pony Tales, then here is a video from my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kt_S4xDNyDg&feature=PlayList&p=B65BB0D16BA979D3&index=0&fmt=18

Oh wow, that's so cheap. *lol* I'll definitely watch it when I get home from work! A friend of mine sent me a bit of the Finnish version once, so it'll be cool to hear the Swedish one too.

Hi hat! Nice to meet you. My favourite tales caracters are Teddy, Sweetheart, Patch and Bright Glow. I like G3 My little pony too, but I can't out the new Core 7.
MY little pony never was so popular here in Hungary. I saw some G1 episodes in the early 80's but I need to wait until 2007 to redescover MLP. I couldn't redescover earlier, because MLP wasn't in the TV and I needed to learn English well to enjoy it. I'm a member at MLP Arena for 1 year now.

It's even more cheap LOL especially the boys voices are so bad XD I was at work at that time, and I'd have watched it there except YouTube doesn't work for me at work. Half my work days are spent writing Tales fiction, to be honest. ;) So I just watched the Swedish one, and wow. They all sound so old!! It's great to hear it in Swedish, though. And your videos are such great quality, it's fantastic!

I say it is great they have locked YouTube since it is always interfering too much with the other stuff you are supposed to do! The Swedish ones are kinda bad, and they are old. Thank god I know English! I have all the DVDs. Not to brag or anything. If there are someone out there that should have the DVDs it's me, because I can share them quite easily. All I need is for all of you to come up with at time when you can have your computers turned on for one or two days in a row. The more people, at the same time, the faster the process is. Since the DVDs are not in production anymore, and they are protected by region 4 and copy protection, it has been very unfair to most of us. I say we deserve more!
