I suppose you're right, although I am somewhat intrigued by how friendly she was towards Mr. Kiddoo in 'Up, Up and Away'. Do they have a past together?

Speaking of Mrs. H, though, I always had the odd headcanon that she was (to make a very convoluted story short) sort of the Tales version of Doctor Whooves, only with the Doctor's granddaugther Susan in place of the Doctor himself.
